Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of joongwarehouse.com (the "Site") and any purchase of goods from Joong Warehouse ("Joong", "we", "us"). By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter into a contract in Jamaica. Business accounts require that you are authorized to represent the business.
2. Account
You are responsible for keeping your email login link confidential and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Pricing & product availability
All prices are in Jamaican Dollars (JMD) and include GCT where applicable. Wholesale pricing requires an approved business account — new signups default to retail pricing until upgraded. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to limit quantities.
4. Orders & payment
- An order is a request to buy — it becomes a contract only when we confirm acceptance and the product is available.
- Payment is due per the terms shown at checkout (cash on delivery, card, or approved account credit for eligible wholesale customers).
- We may cancel orders for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock shortages and will refund any payment made.
5. Delivery
Kingston and St. Andrew: same-day or next business day. Other parishes: 2–5 business days. Risk of loss transfers on delivery. Times are estimates, not guarantees.
6. Returns & exchanges
- Unused items in original packaging: 7 days with receipt.
- Defective products: 30 days.
- Custom orders and cut-to-size items are non-refundable.
7. Communications
By creating an account, you consent to receive transactional messages (order confirmations, delivery updates, account notices) by email. Marketing messages are optional — you opt in when signing up or from your account page and can unsubscribe anytime.
8. Acceptable use
You will not misuse the Site — this includes attempting to breach security, scraping data without permission, submitting false information, or using the Site to commit fraud.
9. Intellectual property
Site content, product photos, and branding are the property of Joong or its licensors. You may not copy or redistribute without permission.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the Site or an order is limited to the amount you paid for the item in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Jamaica.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified to active account holders by email and will take effect 30 days after notice.
